The Agriturismo "Villa
Finetti" is situated 5 km away from Gubbio (500m above
sea level) in an oasis of protected nature, among green hills
and century-old trees. It is a converted 18th century monastery,
surrounded by 10 hectares of woods, cornfields and meadows.
The Agriturismo "Villa Finetti" is the ideal place
for a relaxing holiday in the midst of historical towns. You
will be able to enjoy total tranquility, as well as the fabulous
sights of the medieval town of Gubbio, some of which- in fact-
date back to the etruscan-roman era. But you are also within
easy reach of the other historical towns in Umbria (Perugia
is just 35 km away , Assisi 30 km, Todi 70 km), and some of
the most famous cities in central Italy: Florence (150 km),
Siena (150 km), Rome(200 km).
The complex comprises the main building , with 6 apartments
and two cottages with two more apartments.
