The property has
been in our Family since 1749, when much of the surrounding
area was owned and administrated by the Count ship of Mochi
Onori, who lived in the magnificent Villa which still form part
of property. “Vigne di Pace” enjoys a very picturesque
location on a vine covered hillside near Umbertide in the rolling
countryside of northern Umbria, not far from the border of Tuscany,
and all the paraphernalia of a working farm and vineyard. In
less than an hour by car, you can reach the historical wonders
of Assisi, Siena, Perugia, Pienza, Gubbio, and Arezzo. The owners
will be delighted to help you enjoy the pleasures of other less
famous but equally fascinating towns in the local area.
On the ground floor is a large sitting room, created on the
site of the old stalls, with an antique wood burning stove,
ideal for passing time, perhaps by reading something from the
library, distracting your attention with a game, or simply watching
