a nine hectare olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio.
Only 3 Km from Assisi, the estate has a beautiful location with
splendid views over the valley, where visitors can see Perugia
and Montefalco off in the distance.In this rich, sunny countryside,
which is known for its great wines and excellent extra virgin
olive oils, including S. Potente's, our guests get a taste of
life's joys in its various aspects: laying in the shade of an
ancient oak tree, alfresco dining under a romantic arbour, or
strolling around the Villa with its enticing smell of rosemary
and lavender. The original structure has been divided into two
different apartments furnished and equipped to a high standard
with a mixture of modern and antique furniture. Villa Rosy is
the ideal place for a restful holiday, all the while centrally
located allowing our guests to explore Umbria's interesting
art towns at their leisure.
