SAN FELICISSIMO is
situated on the lovely hill of Poggio Pelliccione, 450 m above
sea level, overlooking the village of Ponte Felcino, just 4
km from the historical centre of Perugia. It is the result of
the rennovation of two old farm houses which date back to the
beginning of the 19th century. It is optimally placed amongst
olive trees and flowers and commands a magnificent view of Perugia,
Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli and Tiber Valley. Here one
can go for peaceful walks, engage in sports: swim in the large
swimming pool, play beach-volley or just merely relax. SAN FELICISSIMO
has a restaurant and 10 bedrooms, all with a private bathroom,
TV and refrigerator-bar . During the rennovation, only top quality
fireproof materials were used, from the Tuscan brick floors,
to the furniture and curtains. All fixtures and systems are
technologically "state-of-art" and are in conformity
with the E.U. standards, which perfectly respect the atmosphere
of the old farm house and its arched structure, beams and hand-cut
