Pian della Bandina
is situated at 500m o.s.l. immerged in 103 hectares of umbrian-tuscany
countryside and woods, 5km far from the centre of Città
della Pieve, 20 km far from the motorway A1 (autostrada del
sole), exits Fabro Scalo from South, Chiusi-Chianciano from
North. The typical country farmhouses consist of two buildings:
Casale Pian della Bandina and the cottage Il Cotogno carefully
restored and divided into 9 apartments combining modern facilities
with the characteristic atmosphere of an umbrian country house.
The swimming pool has a recreation area indoors with a fireplace
used iin summer to cook and eat all together or simply to shelter
in a fresh place. There are recreational facilities as bikes,
ping-pong, bocce, a children's play area and barbecue. Riding
in the neighbourhood. The caretaker lives nearby surrounded
by her animals. She speaks also German and English and can offer
a babysitting service by arrangement. For guests arriving by
train (Chiusi-Chianciano station) or plane (S.Egidio, Perugia
