The name Lamborghini
conjurs up thoughts of speed, style, quality and class. Lamborghini,
was as well, a great lover of Umbria. His passion and admiration
for the subject prompted him to develop his own estate in the
mid 1970's with the wine and, afterwards tourism, as main interests.
The farm Lamborghini stretches over 100 hectares of hilly countryside
around the Lake Trasimeno and includes a modern winery featuring
high quality wines, a 9 holes golf course and an agriturismo
with restaurant. The agriturismo is located in an enchanting
panoramic position overlooking the estate and Lake Trasimeno.
The building was completely restored and recently enlarged,
allowing for twelve charmingly furnished apartments complete
with a small kitchen, television and heating. Located in the
centre of the estate and surrounded by the lovely greens of
the course, the agriturismo is a pleasant respite for quiet
holidays, especially for those who love nature. Two swimming
pools (one for adults and one for children) tennis and a playground
for children are some of the amenities provided for by the agriturismo.
The nine holes course of the Golf Club Lamborghini stretches
over a beautiful, hilly landscape close to the agriturismo.
Apart from the standard 9 holes, there is a large driving range
with lighted putting and pitching greens where the Club's Golf
School is operating. The entire Golf course is dominated by
a modern and comfortable Club House with a Pro-shop and bar
inside. The entrance to the estate is 300 mts. after the centre
