farmhouse which was completely renovated and refurbished with
great care and attention to offer confortable and spacious accomodation.
Situated in the Middle Tiber River Valley at abaut m.300 above
sea level, between Perugia and Assisi and Assisi and near Torgiano,
attactive medieval village, it is surrounded by vineyards, olivegroves,cherry-trees,ash-trees,
oaks, alders, and cedars. The renovations respecting the original
architectural forms and materals made a subdivision possible
into 7 separate apartments and two double rooms. A large meadoww
surrounds the farmhouse in a 50.000 sq.mts estate completely
fenced off with a private swimming pool and solarium. It is
a lovely secluded spot with little to disturb the peace and
tranquillity and where it is possible to make sports like jogging,
horse- riding, mountain-bike, or visit at the archeologic sites,
the medieval villages, or at the monuments of the art cities,
as well as to follow wine and gastronomic itineraries. All apartments,
