PODERE GERGONE is
a typical Umbrian farm, carefully restored in 2000 using traditional
materials and techniques: stone walls, wooden ceilings, hand
made tile floors welcome the guests with the warm and simple
atmosphere of the good old times. The estate is near Monteleone
di Orvieto, a small village in the Chiana valley, and is located
over a hill, in the local toponymy known as "Gergone".
The six apartments, obtained by restoring the typical old stone
buildings, are carefully and completely furnished; vintage furniture
help creating an intimate and personal environment.A wide common
room, obtained by restructuring and restoring an old building
of the farm, helps spending time, may be with a glass of the
good local wine. The wide, secluded swimming pool is a pleasure
