Old restored country
house of the XVIIIth century. The Agritouristic Centre “La
Dogana”. The estate is ca. 50 ha large and extends itself
all around the historical XVIth century building that once was
the Papal custom-house, and used to be a fovourite stop for
those coming from the Grand Duchy of Tuscany and Rome. It gave
hospitality to Michelangelo, Ghoethe, Byron, Stendhal. Recently,
the ancient farmhouses surroundings, it have been restored and
trasformed into small nicely furnished apartments, with a beautiful
view on the Lake Trasimeno
