Casa Sèlita
is a small ancient “borgo” where Selita, Ennio and
Elena have decided to move and run a bed & breakfast. As
a 170 square meter structure, it can become a residential house
for short or long periods. Its position is unique and enviable,
surrounded by over a hectare of olive trees it is at five minutes
walking distance from the historical centre of Orvieto. CasaSèlita,
furnished in a very traditional and sophisticated way, has three
different floors:
- On the first one there is a big dining room
with an antique fireplace, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom.
Right outside this area is a covered walkway that leads you
to the garden.
- On the second floor there are three double
rooms, each one with its own bathroom, a private entrance and
an independent terrace leading directly to the garden.
- On the third floor, the tower, there is another
smaller room with its own bathroom. It has a French double bed
and a wonderful view.
The rooms are named according to their location:
the sunrise room, the sunset room, the midday room and the tower..
