the Trasimeno Lake, on the border with Tuscany, the farmhouse
“Il Picchio” produces an excellent Olive oil obtained
from its own olive-groves covering an area of 15 hectares land.
The farm offers a main-residence with three flats.
To this building belongs a swimming-pool 6x12. Two other big
houses are at disposal of our guests with one more swimming-pool
6x12, both of them with solarium.
You’ll even find a beautiful tennis court with synthetic
grass. The farmhouse “Il Picchio” is located in
a very peaceful country side and at the same time it is only
3km far from Magione and only 5km from the highway connection
road which takes you easily to the most beautiful cities of
Umbria – Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Gubbio, Orvieto, Todi,
Spello – and to Tuscany.
Very close to our farmhouse you’ll get the chance to go
horse back-riding, windsurfing and mountain biking, fishing
and to play volleyball; let yourself be captured by the mildness
