The Relais Ca’
de’ Principi is situated inside a beautiful 14-17th century
building, ancient residence of the nobile family of Pallavicini,
that has been declared Residenza d’Epoca by the Region
of Umbria. After a careful restoration, it is today a princely
hideaway with magnificent arabesques, grottesque frescoes of
the manneristic school and trompe-l’oeil. Cooking courses
and wine seminaries are organized in the taverna with open fire
place, typical Umbrian and Tuscan specialities are served in
the elegant restaurant under vaults of the 14th century. Meeting
