On the ridge of the
Frazione Ficareto, a medieval hamlet in the foothills of Martani,
you'll find an old and beautifully restored stone farmhouse.
To the west, across a breathtaking landscape of undulating pastures,
lies Todi, its profile the backdrop to a magnificent panoramic
vista. Acquaviva is defined by many things: its quiet garden,
the fresh breezes that blow in from the woods and the wide open
fields of the Umbrian countryside. Acquaviva Country Holidays
offers four apartments ranging in size from 40 to 60 square
meters and divided into one- or two-bedroom suites, each with
a bathroom and sitting room, as well as amenities for cooking.
We have converted a portion of the olive grove, with its unobstructed
views of the surrounding hills, into a vista deck with an in-ground
swimming pool. At Acquaviva we strive to show our guests the

as a child's bed with guard-rails

Children: Up to three years old stay free, 50% discount three
to six years, 30% discount six to ten years.
Guests are asked to leave suites in order with the dishes clean
before check-out.
